Huntington Bank in Sheffield, Ohio

I just want to give Tina at this branch a shout out. She was so sweet and we sparked great conversation. She genuinely cared about our small talk & taking care of all of my questions. I hope the branch and herself see this review!! Great job!!

I visited this branch today to get some help with my banking information I needed. I was helped by Tina who was beyond amazing, friendly, personable, and polite. She was efficient in helping me with all that I needed and I never thought I would leave a bank in a better mood due to such outstanding customer service. Highly impressed and will return again to this branch specifically in the future due to such an amazing experience I had and good interaction.

Long lines and not helpful twice now in a row. Been a customer there a long time. Went there once to get something notorized after calling them to find she went on an hour lunch at 5pm. Then went to cash a rebate check for only 20 and they couldn't do it because it had my maiden name on it. I couldn't use the unique spelling of my name, the exact same address and DOB on both the rebate and my account to verify. Then the clerk made me feel like garbage because of my more recent name change yes I was divorced none of your business. Not only that but I had to show her how to read the check details. 9 1/2 months pregnant and have to run all around town. Went to Avon Lake branch no questions asked! Lastly, we were getting charged for something monthly like a subscription that I couldn't cancel through their site so Huntington recommended I cancel and order a new debt card, which I did. I got charged again from that same site. When I called and talked to that site they said they called and got my new debt card info from Huntington! I did not give Huntington permission to give anyone my info, and when I called they denied it. I was blown away. How else would they have gotten the new info?
