They did not give me the correct information which lead to multiple visits to the Ustick branch to try and get things squared way. Then after being there for almost 2 hours when I was told I could sign papers and walk away as I was driving home they called me and said they forgot to have me sign another paper! A month later, I still had not received ANY paperwork or loan documents and my first payment was fast approaching. Called them and they even had a hard time accessing the paperwork. Once they were able to access it, they said they'd send me the paperwork. I just received it and the freaking envelope is WIDE OPEN. This has my account information, loan , etc. Now I'm worried that not only they have completely botched this auto loan but that now my account info, etc. is at risk. Will be closing my accounts with them and not ever using them again! |
