Immediate Care Center: Hendricks Regional Health - Avon in Avon, Indiana

This place will test you for something and if you don't have what they tested you for, they send you out the door. I've been here many times and got the same result but it'll be my last time. I told the nurse practitioner I more than likely have an infection from surgery... I was having a fever, shakes, sweats, everything in the book. She asked me when surgery was, I said almost a month ago and all I got was “Oh no, it's too late for that” now I'm in the emergency room at Hendricks in Brownsburg two days later with a massive infection. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, THEY HAVE NO COMPASSION.

Arrived on Saturday afternoon, not very busy. Been here before on several occasions and visits are usually pleasant. However during last visit front desk staff was not friendly, was greeted with "what do you need " instead of "hello may I help you" . The bulletin board explains how I should have been greeted as opposed to how I was actually greeted.

NEVER GO HERE!!!! I took my 3 month old to be seen because she was having a low grade fever. They barely checked her and told me everything is fine without any instruction. 11 hours later I'm at the emergency room because my child had a 102.8 temperature because of their lack of help or any knowledge of how to treat anyone.
