Awesome bank! I'm currently financing a car through this bank thanks to Moses at 2ezauto down the street and Betty at IMCU. she was so helpful and even offered me an opportunity to join the IMCU team one day! great experience and great rates. thinking about switching back to IMCU as my primary bank sometime soon.

Their loan review committee is useless. I tried to finance a vehicle and they put a value on it that was 7.5k less than the actual value before ever looking at the vehicle. Then they refused to ever look at the vehicle or deviate from their value. I acknowledge that the vehicle was unique but i was told that exceptions could be made in certain situations and i believe this would fit in that category if they would just look at the vehicle. Instead of speaking to me directly, i had to communicate through a 3rd person at the bank and the vehicle sold after a week went by of them refusing to look at the vehicle. The only offers included stealing equity from my home our my second vehicle. This was a spit in the face considering the 18 years I've been with credit union. I've had a handful of car loans and a home loan through them, all of which have always been in great standings. Nevermore.

Using them for years, disappointed they don't want to help me get my COVID financial situation in order. They wouldn't finance my new car. That said they should have helped me get things in order. Recently changed the mobile app it's more difficult to use.

Have always gone through IMCU. I talked to someone months ago about getting a loan. I was approved. But had to jump through a couple hoops before they could help me. So, I did what was suggested. I've been calling and leaving voicemails for a couple months now and no one ever calls me back or reaches out. But every time I call the person who handles the loans is busy.

I used to Love your digital app, but you have made it harder to keep up with my balance. You say you make it simple? Why take that alert away?? It's enough to make me want to switch banks.

I've never had a bad experience with Indana Members. They greet me by my name, and it always feels like I'm getting personalized service. I love my credit union!

Rude location - was seeking a loan, named person never called me back until I complained. I closed ALL. My accounts here. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER bank at this location. And I was a new customer. Omg I love MY NEW credit union - but this location sucks!

I love the staff Everytime we have gone in they are so friendly. But this is about my money I had two checks bounce that I put into my account from someone else because they bounced they charged me 32 twice so 64 total because of something not my fault if I had known they would bounce I would never have deposited them! PS this is during the pandemic I'm out of work as of right now due to the shut down I need every penny I can get! I'm a small business owner!

Hailey goes above and beyons for me plus so many others. The location is convinient because of proximity to my work, but Hailey & the rest of the staff make it the one I will go out of the way for.

Very judgmental and made me feel unwelcomed . So i just went else where like Bank of America!

Very unprofessional branch manager. She opened an account for me in her office without wearing a mask and walked around the branch without a mask. Masks are mandatory at the government center. She also made very inappropriate comments to me. My bank no longer has a branch in the government center, so I wanted to open the account for convenience. However, after this experience, I think I'll opt to close the account and continue to walk to Chase bank on the circle.

I love this credit union and I will travel to this branch even though I don't work at the government center anymore.

Im a current member of IMCU, I love working with this bank and being a customer. I love the staff especially Kristina, she has been amazing to all of us: my husband, friends, bosses, every single customer I have directed all the time. But I can't said the same about the manager. She needs some anger management classes and proper training. You see, as the manager you can not tell me to take my business somewhere else... Just because I'm asking a single question. Me taking my business somewhere else means taking 100's of customers business somewhere else as well. If I ask a question and you respond is: “I'm telling you this is what we need to proceed, if not able you should find someone else to finance” without providing me a answer of why you need such information... information that has never been ask for any other IMCU I have work with including this branch.... And them I guess this is not the right job for you. All I did is ask a question and I have been directed to take my business somewhere else... guess what Mrs. Manager. You lost a lot of clients and faithful customers today. Thanks to her, I'll be conducting my business to a different direction. mi gente latina no entren aqu.

Really high tech drive through banking where it's all done electronically and there's no risk of contact

I did not catch the teller's name but there was a very friendly and patient young woman who helped me with my multiple transactions this lunch hour. The line was long, the office was understaffed, and the phones were ringing off the hook, but she did not rush me. She was polite, professional, and helpful. If I learn her name, I will update the review later. Thank you for the great customer service and happy holidays!

Got used to the new drive through.... Now I like it!

I live nearby so I have been banking here for many years. I have good experiences, whether getting a credit card, tending my accounts, transferring a car loan here, getting a line of credit, whatever. I don't remember the tellers, so they probably don't remember me, but that doesn't insult me. The new security system on the doors buffaloed me for a while, but tellers use the intercom to give directions. The bank managers over the years have been pleasant to deal with, including Mr. Bible, the current one. He knows his business, doesn't waste time but takes the time to explain situations, is businesslike but not standoffish. Everyone I deal with is friendly, including at the drive-through. Indoors, when I am waiting behind the velvet rope, the next available teller always waves the next customer forward. I have never seen anyone get poor service nor be upset by bank personnel. I don't know how they could do any better, really. It's a good place.

Eh this place is ok. I occasionally have to come here because my name is on a family members account. It's not my usual bank so their forms aren't too familiar. I asked for help at the counter on my last visit and though it was provided, I could feel the condescension in the air. Lady isn't it your job to help people? I guess if you're on a first name basis they're cool. Otherwise not? I'll stick to Chase. They may not know my name, but I always feel welcome there. Nobody even looked at me when I walked into this place. I was clearly looking around trying to find something. I looked to the counter and they seemed to be avoiding my gaze until I walked right up to the little old lady. Overall strange experience. I will see if I can get the family member to switch banks. I don't enjoy coming here
