so explained why I needed a loan in the application and somehow they came up with a complete different reason why I needed the loan after explaining on the phone was unapproved because apparently their loan policy says they can't help on payments. So why even call yourself a Credit Union. I guess at least this time they didn't tell me I had to switch my paycheck direct deposit from my current bank to them or not be approved.

Horrible business say one thing do another. No deposits after closing whole place seemed mis managed . Fees evertime you turn around im going back to riverways stay far far away from them. Term snake oil salesman seems to fit.

Generally have good things to say about Infuze and have been a customer for a long time through two name changed That said, I have been put off by the perfuming the lobby with some kind of scent that makes it hard to breathe. I'm sure they thought it was a good idea but many people are are sensitive to these scents. Also do you think it's a good idea to wrap decorations around the hand rails on a stair at the West entrance.
