Matthew is honest and professional. I had a good bit of maintenance work, as well as some issue work done on my daughter's car. I was presently surprised by the price and the professional service that was provided. Work was completed in a very reasonable time! Everyone at this location is very nice and more than willing to offer assistance. I had been to this location previously for an oil change and air cabin filter change for my vehicle. I had received fantastic service and fair pricing. I even called the shop because my daughter and I needed help with jumping her car battery. We had never done this before and we were very nervous. Matthew took the time to explain the process. He patiently stayed on the phone with us while he walked us through the necessary steps. He has gone above and beyond each time I have taken 2 of our 3 vehicles to this location. I would highly recommend. Great work and value for a very fair and reasonable price! Thankful that there are still good mechanics and good shops in the world. Thank You Matthew and Jiffy Lube staff! You have a loyal customer and I would highly recommend.

I walked in here to get my AC looked at after it stopped working. Marvin, the mechanic, was very straightforward and knowledgeable! He also explained everything for me and quoted prices, so I knew what I would be paying beforehand. There were free drinks and comfy seats in the waiting area. My service was finished quickly and everyone was friendly. Overall, a great experience!!!

I went thinking it would be timely. I was there almost 3 hours as the guy working on my car went home without telling anyone he was done with my car. What should have taken 30-40 min took 3 hours.

I needed a tune up on my car...these guys beat the price that I had received from another shop, got right to work, were open and thorough about what needed to be done, how it was to be done , and when it was done...they said it would take so long. I timed them, they were almost to the second...they were personal and fun. Every person that came in was treated extremely well. professionally and personally. I highly recommend this shop and its crew to handle anything that comes in.

I frequent this Jiffy Lube g go for oil changes, but a couple of days ago I saw my check engine light on. So while at lunch I stopped by to see if they could do a diagnostic. They did and said that the extremely cold weather had caused the light to come on. They reset it and told me “no charge”. I couldn't be happier with what these guys did for me. Honest, professional, hard working folks. I highly recommend them.

Jiffy lube is especially a great place to get your vehicle worked on. Their work is always professionally done the right way. In the past I've gone to the east Harry location but now that I have moved on the west side, I take all of my vehicles to the 21st and Ridge location as Matt is one of the managers that has provided his great professional expertise.
