We had a loan application with kearny Bank with an excellent credit and down payment Mike kept loan file for 7 months and every day he lied to my face and asking same irrelevant questions again and again.He should be used car salesman instead of a loan agent if you can't approve just said so. The buyer and seller lost the home because of this Bank.I guess they may not have funds or make money from loan fees. |
Susan DiBella | This bank and Michael Ellis provided the worst customer service I have ever seen. Do not deal with either. Our loan application went on for months and they provided nothing of value. Asking questions that had nothing to do with our loan refi and dragging it out with numerous requests after already receiving so much of our personal data. It is very concerning that once they had all our info they did nothing to complete the loan process. Do not be fooled into giving them any of your personal information. We are two professionals with excellent credit ratings and no mortgage on our home and they still wouldn't lend a dime. This is the reason people are leaving NJ. Good people are being shoved aside. Don't make the same mistake we did and save yourself a BIG headache. Use another bank. |
