KEMBA Whitehall Branch in Columbus, Ohio

I believe I have been with them for the last 7 or so years. My mom dad and sister all banked here when I was younger so they are all I knew as far as banks went. I always receive good customer service when I visit or call in HOWEVER, I feel as if they do not try to work with me when I ask them for something. I really wanted my home loan through my bank . They told me no several times . Ended up getting it somewhere else. No issues. Great monthly payments. Fantastic interest rate. I even spoke to the VP at one point. He was nice, but he was feeding me BS just to get me to calm down. I want to start my kids bank accounts and was going to do it here but I'm reconsidering. I'm not sure kemba is the best option for myself and my family anymore.

The banker waisted my time . Wasn't specific about what I needed to bring. Had me go back and forth and waisted my time. That's ridiculous. You should next time be well informed with your job

No matter how long you've been with this bank they do not try to work with you anything if you're not perfect. I've been with them over 5 years spoke with them about a loan and that was a joke. Went elsewhere and got 1 with no problem. I only keep them because all my direct deposits go here .The only thing that I like is that they don't seem to be as slow as other banks but I will be looking for another credit union.
