A little old lady asked me to help check her balance at the ATM machine....so I pushed her over......nice people work here......:

You guys don't care about anything but your payment you guys are very rude don't answer no questions I am very upset I have to deal with you guys for another 6 years maybe I'll get rid of my vehicle instead I'll never again get key bank

We're called to the desk to be serviced for the attendant to help someone else. Then she comes back to us to then ask us to sit down and wait. As the other staff isn't able to remove a deceased person off an account. Smh I guess it's always something at this location.

Waited 45 mins to see the manager or a personal banker without being acknowledged. I eventually left without meeting with anyone. I will definitely never return to that branch.

The best aspect of this location is the tellers. I go hear often for work transactions and have never had a bad experience or received poor service.

Can't be any better anywhere best until now

The ATM took my money and I was kind and polite when I spoke with the branch manager Tori she was very disrespectful and nasty. She pretty much told me I'm out of luck which is crazy because I've banked here for years but I'll be taking my account to PNC or Huntington they never treat there customers like this.

I came here without an appointment and they helped me getting what I need done. Cheryl is one of the banker was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. She answered my questions and took care of my requests. I did not have that much interactions with Key as a bank yet. However, Cheryl help in a timely and professional manner deserves 5 stars in my opinion.

This is honestly one of the worst banks I've dealt with. When I opened my account I was informed that the money would be on a 5 day hold, because I didn't put it in on a monday it was unusable for a week, the next week I went to a different branch and there was only a 24 hour hold, then I went back to the branch that I opened the account with and suddenly there was another 5 day hold. Each branch apparently has their own rules about when they will give you your money. I will be closing my account with Key bank as soon as I'm past the date where they will charge me for doing so.

The new manager is very dishonest! I used to enjoy being an employee here until she came along running away clients and staff! I hope they hire a more pleasant person sooner than later! The team was better without her.

Shout out to the manager Elizabeth Ortizat this bank. She went above and beyond with her exceptional customer service that I received today. She was empathetic of my what felt hopeless situation and acted quickly to help me get everything sorted out. I really appreciate it and will always remember her kindness. Thanks again!

This bank has caused me so much headaches you couldn't imagine...I would not recommend them to no one! I just closed my account their in January 2021!

A good bank they protect your account well.

By far the most disappointing bank services I have ever received. After being a reliable client I accidentally overpaid my loan. It is now 5 months later and I have not received a check, despite multiple phone calls. The representatives continue to tell me that they are sending various things in the mail yet nothing has been received. Prior to closing my loan, I received statements every month.

I am sorry but there is no reason why snappy should be that attitude of a bank teller. The I am better than you atmosphere is just terrible. If I didn't have to come here, I wouldn't.

I was towed 6 minutes after my use of this location for stepping off the premises. The only reason why I use this location is that I believed it would afford me some brief rights to parking there. There's an ATM inside West Side Market therefore there's no reason for anyone to use the ATM in this parking lot. I visited Cleveland for many years. And in the past for very brief trips I've uses parking lot I've never park in front of a store because believe it be rude I only used the extra lot parking spaces I never parked here when I was very full because I know that they have customers in this area but, I was a customer I've always use this ATM when using this parking area and whenever possible make courtesy purchases in the stores in the lot. These kind of business practices well seemingly innocuous at first can develop a reputation that can become very widespread. The owner of a lot has a choice to be a part of what's great about Cleveland. And the businesses in this location should talk to that owner about treating people with respect.

Won't be banking again with Key Bank, ever. My wife and I closed our account with Key Bank after zeroing in the bank account when we were done with our home improvement loan. A year later we found out they charged us a maintenance fee for closing the bank account. They overdrafted us over 100, and told me over the phone "you needed to shut down your account instead of closing it." This is the type of language and business model used by frauds, swindlers, and people generally trying to rip people off. It's not millions but as a regular-Joe, I feel like I was taken advantage of. I will be telling everyone I know to never to bank with Key bank. How pitiful is it that they would punish a customer for fair business. It's disrespectful and disheartening. Shame on you

Absolutely, deplorable customer service. If only negative stars were an option. Luckily, this is not my personal bank. I cannot imagine the frustration their clients face. Extremely unprofessional behavior.

Was practically waiting in line, for about 20 minutes but before I have arrived there was already an amount of people waiting! Not after of us complain then a gentleman was sitting came up and started to help to my business acknowledgment that's very unprofessional but that's has you choose to run your company!

Twice now I have paid off an old account that I unfortunately let go negative. The first time, I made the mistake of trusting the staff to do their job, but this more recent time, I took a picture of the receipt to protect myself from their negligence. I will follow up this review with the total amount of time it takes them to correct the mistake after I showed them the receipt protecting me from getting my hard earned money wasted by their negligent staff.

I find it shocking that in order to set up automatic payments on loans, you have to print a form, fill it out manually, and mail or FAX?! it back to them. Key bank, it is 2021, upgrade your online services and get with the times!

I mean I visit it and went inside the bank may have bad service but the building is pretty I did no go for the bank I went to see the building pretty!
