Customer service is strong. Everyone is super nice and as helpful as can be.

Actually I would like to give it no stars!!! I have been a customer seriously since I was around 5 and I have never had such a horrible experience before than I have here. I went to deposit a check and have deposited the same check, from the same company, twice before this within the last month and never had an issue. Now this branch is making me wait 2 days for ANY of my funds to clear. I am a single mom and now my electric is going to be shut off because of this. So THANK YOU Keybank. I will be removing all my money and closing all 3 accounts I have and highly suggesting my parents do the same with their Keybank accounts.

Everyone I've encountered at Key Bank has been great! From opening accounts, investment services, probate court, cashiers and personal banking; they have been helpful, friendly and professional, efficient, and have gone above and beyond to help me. For that, I'm truly grateful. I know they can't be all things to all people but, everyone I've talked with is most satisfied with the employees and their service! KUDOS!!!!

They do not deserve the single star. Three years ago Key Bank gave my identify to someone in Idaho yes, I live and work and bank in MIchigan. As I result I had to change accounts -- and they charged me to do this! I also had to place protections on my information, and now I cannot sign up for Medicare because of them. Worst of all, not a single person at Key Bank very apologized for their errors.

My experience at this Branch was way above and beyond the scope of usual banking services... The branch manager Angie Blackburn help me open my business account today... I had recently made some changes with my registry in my annual report... But some things were not complete... Angie took much time and effort to help me get all my paperwork together... And filed with the IRS... And got my business account open... You wouldn't think I was a real person if I were to plug the play saying something like she used the key... But she truly stepped out of bounds to help me today

I've banked at many different places over the years and I can honestly say that KeyBank overall is my worst experience. They're not customer driven they're profit driven and it shows. I've noticed this through every branch I've visited, the call center, and their online banking tools. Anytime I've called asking a question or needed additional information regarding my account they've let me down. It seems like the only times I was able to actually get help is if I even slightly showed interest in another one of their products mortgage, loan, etc. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere and strongly suggest others to do so.

Great Bank . Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Been going to this location for the past two years and no complaints.
