Much less branches than other banks with same services and rates, the only reason you do the business with them is the friendly environment and feeling local, I opened my account about 2yrs ago in Santa Monica Wilshire branch. Francis and Delbert always friendly, 12/08 applied for a personal loan, been told they will call back in 40 minutes, after 4hrs nobody called, I called back, they asked for more documents for 5K personal loan, 12/09 same thing, left 2 messages for Delbert, he never called back.12/10 drove to the branch and it was closed 10am Thursday while website says is open. The manager showed up behind the window and aggressively pointed one small A4 paper that shows we are closed. She never was friendly like others in branch, but if she has bad day, it's not the customer problem. I'M SORRY That you are temporary closed!!! Called Delbert again for update and he didn't call me back for third time in 2 days!

Great customer service here! Delbert is Amazing! He took his time to go over everything in full detail! We left Bank of America, saved money from their crazy fees and now we feel free! Very friendly and warm settings. Highly recommend all patrons to leave banks and join over here.
