Threatened to report my payment late to Credit bureau over 12 days being late because I traded the car in and the new car lot hasn't paid it off yet. Very unprofessional! I could see if it was past 30 days late but I wouldn't recommend this loan office ! I always pay my bills, don't be rude to your customers.

Asked specifically do you require collateral for me to do a loan with you guys with a lower credit score was told by the man working there they do not require one. Went ahead and applied and was approved instantly as long as I have collateral. Waste of a credit inquiry I have to wait 2 years to remove because the man lied directly to me. Would not have applied if he was honest. Do not recommend.
