Lexington Law in Jacksonville, Florida

I, like many of us, had bad credit due to life events. Lexington law never made me feel worse in fact they ensured me that everything will be okay soon. They went to work for me and was able to get me back to a healthy credit score and credit plan for the future. I am totally satisfied with the service they provide. Client Portal is very awesome too!!! I highly recommend Lexington Law, some things are left best for professionals, especially when it comes to credit. Lexington has accomplished things, I didn't think were possible. If you have any doubts or concerns, just call them. I highly recommend them.

I signed up back in October. Was basically promised the world about fixing some unfortunate instances that happened in a 7 month period i was forced to relocate and find another company. Here we are 5 months later.. almost 1,000 deep.. and ZERO RESULTS.. and as I'm saying i want what I was charged yesterday back because I told them I didn't want to start a new billing cycle.. they are refusing to refund me. No updates.. no access to what's being said to or from creditors.. basically paying them blind while no progress gets made. Unacceptable in my opinion. I was told they fix cases with credit 100 times worse than mine.. and they weren't able to get anything done in 5-6 months. I supposedly had the premium service.. but after they got that first payment.. they forget about you until the day to charge your card comes. Everything about their process is misleading and impersonal. Expecting people to just keep paying while having no justification of what's being done or anything. Refusing to prove any of the supposed work they've done and refusing t refund me for a fresh billion cycle that started yesterday. I hope customer service calls me so I can explain how HORRIBLE EVERY SINGLE ASSOCIATE THERE IS. Do yourself a favor.. find a smaller company that is more personable.. and actually keeps you posted without having to chase them down. Either that.. or spend the cash negotiating with the creditors at pennies on the dollar instead of paying these shady people.
