Loan Till Payday in Newark, Delaware

This review is meant for the Newark Office. I live in Maryland. I telephoned this company in the morning and asked them if they do business with maryland residents. The answer was yes however, they do not do business with those who are more than an hour away. I explained where I was and they said ok. I also looked up the address on Google and saw that I was 58 minutes away exactly and I told them this. They never bothered asking me what my exact address was. I drove through snow and pretty much bad weather to apply for this loan to fix a pretty serious emergency. I get there and was told am 2 minutes outside of coverage area and the loan would be automatically denied in their system. I have no idea which google maps they were looking at but I would never have left if I thought I was not in their coverage area, Furious does not begin to describe how I feel. Something could have happened to me. Google maps allows for extra time during certain times of the day. WORST PLACE EVER

The people that work there are rude and not professional and Carlos is sneaky tells you one thing and does another the corporate office is just as rude And not helpful at all this business should be shut if you want to sell your self to the Devil this is the place to do it I wish I never did business with them and want to ace

Never get a loan from this place. I needed surgery on my Foot, and I told them about this! For 1 month I unfortunately had No Income, did this place care? Um Noooo they called and Harassed me every single day. Threatening to take me to Court! Take my advice and stay away from any of these branches. I've never felt so belittled in my Life. They act like your never going to repay your loan back, plus their interest rate on a loan is 125 or higher. I didn't even want to give them 1 star. Warning stay away!!!! You've been Warned!!!!!!

The store manager is a very helpful, smiles and is very attentive. She goes over every detail of the loan contract and always ask if the customer understands. Although most people go through a ruff patch with payments they do offer payment arrangements, reduced payments as well as settlement offers. They have NEVER left a customer unsatisfied. It is up to the customer not the business to take advantage of these offer's or they will be subjected to a judgement against them if they refuse the many offers we have. This is also in the loan documents which a customer do sign stating they understand. I give them 100 of customer satisfaction. I do recommend this location.
