DONT GO HERE! for anything! When asking basic questions to Dennis the manager she could not answer simple questions like... What is my interest rate? They said if you get behind on your payments, they charge interest per day. They were charging me 80.00 late fee for a couple of months.. sometimes 60.00. When asking how much interest I was paying per day. She said she could not tell me because she did not know. She had my account infront of her. So I wonder why she can't tell me; unless they were making bogus numbers. I didn't understand why they were charging 15.00 for late fees plus 80.00 on some months and the 60.00 on other months. Since Dennis was not able to answer my questions. She hung up on me! I only went there because my husband was hospitalized and I needed money until he was able to work again. This was back in May. My husband did not get the the covid bonus. When paying off the loan Dennis said that she can't give me a receipt that said paid in full. The sad part about the situation is there was another guy wanted proof that it is paid in full so that he would not rack up more interest fees. She would not give us anything. DENNIS is one of the rudest people I have ever met. When asking question about your account she gets frustrated and looses her temper. So glad that I paid it off. ESPECIALLY because they will TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU! TRUST ME DONT GO HERE. IF YOU SPEAK TO MY ATTORNEY THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL TRY TO GET EVERY PENNY THEY CAN!

At first getting a loan through them I would of gave them a 5 star. Customer service was awesome and they where very nice. But after being a customer and having to call them customer service sucks. They rush you off the phone, they never even say thank you or bye. I talked to two different employees and neither one of them where very polite. It felt like I was bothering them. Shame on me I missed a payment that my bad. But even trying to ask for forgiveness the only answer was no customer policy. Not understanding the situation and saying sorry but unfortunately per company policy we are not allowed to do that. Flat out rude way of saying we don't care about our customers no. If you have bad credit and are trying to repair your credit I would suggest you looking for other lenders besides this one. If you have good credit to excellent credit try using your bank or well known lender with lower interest rates.

I have been a customer for awhile now. They really helped me. Everyone is so nice and professional. Thank you Mariner for everything.
