Scott | Your Account Representative, Jessina, at your Samoan Office in Orlando, FL is incredibly rude, unprofessional, and simply the worst person I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with before. Due to my experience with Jessina, I am choosing not to use the services of Mariner Finance now or in the future and I will strongly recommend to others not use your services either. If she truly dislikes her job so much, may I humbly suggest she chose another career path. Making statements to customers such as "I need to know the real reason why you need the money" is incredibly disingenuous, demoralizing, and demeaning. Immediately, it put me in a defensive position in that I had to defend my loan application which you already have on file because for some reason Jessina did not believe my stated reason on the application. Also her attitude was one of complete disdain and disgust. I was a burden to her and rather than help me through the application and potential funding process I had the distinct impression I was wasting her valuable and precious time. I had to continuously ask her to repeat her self and speak clearly as her questions made no sense and it appeared as if she had no basic command of the English language and she blamed her inability on the fact she was required to where a mask. A mask has no bearing on your ability to speak clearly and coherently and to form basic sentences. Finally, there was no compassion or empathy. Instead, Jessina was cold, careless, and to her I was just another number sin a spreadsheet somewhere. I hope from this experience Mariner Finance takes an opportunity to train their Account Representatives better and set them up for success. Above all, you should remember there is a human being on the other end of the line and many, especially now, are in need of a little extra financial stability. Care, compassion, and integrity go a long way in acquiring and retaining customers. |
