Martin Chevrolet Buick GMC in Cleveland, Texas

I purchased a used SUV from this dealership and I specifically asked if there's any rust present and the answer I received " The SUV was inspected by the dealership and the SUV has no rust". After closing and picking up the SUV the alignment was way off, the front end was loose, so I decided to take the SUV to a local alignment shop. When they lifted the SUV, it was rusted which in opinion is ridiculous specially when you trusted the dealership and there inspection. I've been waiting on a call back from Chris Gottselig "The Manager" for a week now and yet did I get a call back. Attached are some photos I took. Enjoy.

Wonderful customer service, quick turn around time, took me in last minute due to an emergency with my alignment right before heading out of town. The reps took us in, meaning my whole family, fixed our issue and had us back on the road. A huge relief for my family and I making sure our road trip would be safe. Thank you very much
