Mechanics Bank - Moorpark Branch in Moorpark, California

I've banked with them personal & business. They are one of the larger banks in the Central Calif valley and big with farm loans. Excellent customer service. Known Stephanie for years.

We dumped Wells and BofA and moved everything here. We were tired of the terrible customer service and criminal behaviour of these other institutions. Rabo has been a breath of fresh air! When I walk in they know my name. It's a very nice touch.

My experience with Rabobank was terrible. Please avoid it at all cost... thankfully Moorpark has other banks that do care for their clients. My wife and I opened a personal checking account and a week later it was closed without any notice. This was very inconvenient, we had pending transactions and deposits which ended up being denied due to the closeure. While speaking to management they had the decency to tell us that they can close the account with out reason. They LIED to us stating it was their corporate office that closed the account. Management claims to care about their clients but their actions show that they are careless people and only care about their special interests. Please don't waste your valuable time!
