MIDFLORIDA Credit Union in Lutz, Florida

Just recently moved from NY all the way to Tampa Fl with my fiance, and our old banks weren't located here. We decided to try out a credit union due to the customer service raves, and they weren't lying. The lobby is super cute, and clean. Almost resembles a hotel lobby honestly, very comforting. We created a joint account, and only had a couple minute wait. We were paired with Delmy, and she is the best. She was comforting during the stressful time we were going thru, while still offering us useful knowledge to help us with our banking. They walk you thru every process, personalized debit cards THAT DAY, and even test out their own banking app. I truly could not have asked for a better experience, give them a try. You will not regret it!

This location is OUTSTANDING!! Sharp folks, very customer focused, great Manager, and extremely competent. Building is immaculate. The best Credit Union I have worked with in a very long time. Keep up the good work.
