Midstate Mitsubishi in Auburn, Massachusetts

I didn't have intention of replacing my current vehicle, however received an email from Joe stating they were looking for the make/model of my vehicle. When this offer was given, I inquired about purchasing a newer, more spacious vehicle. I was told that they would find something suitable to my needs. So it took me an hour of my time to drive out to Auburn to only not be impressed by what came next. I met with Joe; he was exceptional; very pleasant; allowed me to test drive a vehicle that would replace my current. I did not have any issues here. Then I met with the finance manager, I think his name was Mike who thought he could swindle me into buying the vehicle they picked. Midstate wanted to purchase my vehicle I did not have any intention of getting rid of my vehicle, however Mike tried to make it seem as if they were doing me a favor by low-balling my trade-in amount and increasing the value of the vehicle they were trying to sell me. The problem I had was that this was not the first time I did a trade-in sale before and the fact that these people thought I was dumb enough to actually fall for the shenanigans was ridiculous. I left with my vehicle and told them I was not interested in any further business. To top things off, they ran 12 hard inquiries on my credit report to "help" finance through various banks. Not once have I ever had one place run 3 hard inquires, let alone 12. So to say the least I am not impressed by Midstate.

Joe was absolutely AMAZING! He did something we didn't expect, he knew of my child's disability and made sure our child's needs came first, I was so impressed with his compassion and understanding of our needs. Joe made us feel important and went above and beyond to make sure we received our new vehicle so quickly as we needed it for appointments. I think Joe and Mike did such an amazing job, that we have already told so many to check out Midstate Mitsubishi. I have purchased and had many car salesman try and throw us into the first choice where Joe walked us through all options. Joe deserves an award for such caring and compassion he showed us, and how much he helped us choose our new family car!
