When I went to set up an account, the agent convinced me to also set up a savings account, saying that anytime the money for spending was needed that it would automatically transfer, not mentioning the 35.00 fee that went along with it. Fast forward to today when I call to try to speak to someone, I am on hold for 30 minutes, only to be hung up on. Try to call back. Same thing happens again. Worst bank I have ever dealt it. |
