So the process of finding my vehicle was good, Steve was a great salesman, the only glitch was some of the vehicles in the lot had not been serviced yet. Found the perfect truck I was looking for the trade in part was easy, I received a fair valued for my vehicle. Then the truck I wanted went to service and failed. So I had to start looking again. Found an even better truck, it passed through service with flying colors and I love it. I'm glad that they failed the other truck, it shows integrity they didn't try and patch it up. I got a 60 day warranty unlimited mileage. I'd buy there again. Thanks guys great job.

I was offered some additional items, but was not pressured, and the bottom line price I was offered was exactly what I paid. People tend to dread the car shopping and purchasing process because of the history of pressure tactics and BS that's been historically part of the car sales business. That was simply not the case with the guys I dealt with at Mullinax in any way. They had the vehicle I wanted, they gave me a great offer on the price, and they followed through.
