Justin and Yvonne were very helpful answering all the questions. When they are transparent it takes the guess work and worry out of the deal. I called Justin on a Saturday morning and he actually returned my call from the ski slopes while on vacation just to answer a question. Yvonne was very efficient and a pleasure to work with. We love our new home and have a great rate thanks to Mutual of Omaha and Justin and Yvonne.

He answered all of my questions, gave great advice, and quickly cleared up the little issues that arise during the process from different offices and team members. I was in touch with Justin and Yvonne primarily, on many late evenings and weekends when I was so surprised to receive email replies or call backs. Using the Mutual of Omaha app made signing paperwork so easy, and I loved that I was able to access the previous versions of documents, current documents, etc. all there in one place.
