Horrible HORRIBLE Bank. The staff present at the time of each visit presented themselves admirably and for the most part professional. However, we for some reason always remember the bad times before the good. There is a woman there who is absolutely the worst customer service representative that I have ever seen in almost 60-years. I do remember her name Deb as she was wearing a name tag, she has no business in any type of customer service job..that is for sure. We all know that for reasons that are unexplained, there is a “coin shortage” and I would like to believe that we all are doing what we can to aid in this “crisis”. I visited the drive threw as walk-ins were not welcomed and tried to obtain five 5 rolls of quarters to support my business, and was told that the bank had a policy, in lieu of the coin shortage, that “only change was being provided to local grocery stores”. As if small business are not considered “worthy” of being provided appropriate change or customer service. I would recommend seeking other banking establishments, so that you receive the customer service you deserve with your business or personal banking needs. In my personal/business opinion.

My loan officer was ok but had above average expectations with interest rate and being local I had hoped for a better customer service experience.
