They need to hire more people to do multiple jobs. When there's a line out front of at least seven people you need to get more people helping your customers, instead of answering" we're doing the best we can we'll get to it as soon as possible." I waited in line 10 minutes and decided I would go back at another time. This is the second time I have had to go back to that Branch to get a particular job done inside the bank.

Overall good bank, but they could use a second ATM at this location. Sometimes with all the people pulling or trying to pull lol money out it takes way too long

I've had good experiences inside however the atm machine is ALWAYS down which is very inconvenient after having to drive all the way up there and then the lobby isn't open as early or late as when I need to deposit or withdrawal my cash. Definitely a pet peeve of mine with this location.

I've never had any issues with the tellers. My issue is that the ATM is always down for the services you need at the moment. For example, it's a toss up if you can use the deposit check feature. It's frustrating when you can't deposit until they open on Monday if your trying to deposit a check or cash on the weekends.

Great credit union, but please update location hours and information as needed. Many people have been going too early during COVID-19 hours, wasting time. Go Navy!
