If I could give these people no stars I would. I have never been so disrespected and talked rudely to in my life. We have paid our payment every month since purchasing our vehicle. My husband had emergency surgery and was out of work we fell a month behind. When I spoke the the lady from Nicholas she was very disrespectful and talked to me like no one should ever talk to another person espically a customer.

They are always friendly and attentive. As long as you communicate with them they work with you.

This business is like a mob, the devil him self most of the workers speak very disrespectful and very rude to you Cindy left so many aggressive messages it was a shame some black girl was totally rude as I was giving her my insurance information my sister told me to hang up on them and call someone else I told her they all talk like that. Someone totaled my car the day after my car payment was due. I called them gave them all the necessary information right away they start saying that I need to pay my car payment still they changed my payment from 300 and something to 900 ? For what I don't know I'm saying to them let me get the insurance company to start working first which was progressive insurance the car that totaled my car, which right off they wanted my insurance company to pay 20 for what I don't know when the guy was 100at fault and received a ticket from the cops. Nicholas Financial sent my Attorney a letter stating I owed this x amount of money and that they where going to do a repossession on a total lost car that doesn't drive. They came towed the car away and took my personalized license plates with my deceased son's name on them I tried getting my plates back they kept giving me the wrong about the time I received the right they sold the car what was the repossession for when I had Insurance and gap insurance also im not understanding how can you sale a car and get 8,075.00 also they couldn't wait for the guy insurance to pay they had my insurance to pay state farm, I'm sure they cashed in on my gap insurance also? They placed repossession on my credit also saying that I owed 600 and something for what?
