Andrew Ehlers | This place was an odd experience. I drove 3 hours to reach this dealer and the first car I test drive was not in reasonable shape to sell to any knowledgeable buyer. After telling the salesman that it was not for me nicely, he developed a slight attitude and got offended. I quickly moved on and told him I wanted to check out the others that were on my list. I decided to walk around the dealership after sitting for an hour and making no progress. I found one I wanted to test drive in the lot and went inside to get the keys. Everything was well at this point. Three short test drives later, I had found the one I wanted and mentioned it to the salesman around 4p. Sitting there for greater than an hour it didn't seem we were making much progress. It was past 8p when I signed paperwork a was given the okay to leave. When getting in the car I just paid 25k for, I found that not a drop of gas had been put in it after mentioning to the manager and salesman that it would need gas since it was on 1/8 tank. I went into the dealership and told the salesman that I was disappointed with the fact that it had no gas after I had just purchased this car and which I had accepted their price and negotiated not even a penny. The salesmen take the car for 10 min to go to the gas station and brings it back with 1/4 tank. Yes, he put 1/8 tank of gas in. Shoutout to my salesman FELIX for the poor service. At this point I was set on the fact that this dealership yes, sells a lot of car, sees a lot of people, and sells at a reasonable price. But if you care about the service you receive and whether you are a valuable customer, I would not recommend them. |
