Northwest Community Credit Union in Medford, Oregon

For the love of God do not call them. Been at that all day. Finally got ahold of someone only for her to tell me she couldn't help me with any of my issues. Will be closing with them shortly as this isn't the first time it's happened. Hours are really inconvenient. Don't waste your time here. Go to Rogue Credit Union instead. Better hours and employees who jump at the chance to assist you wherever they can.

This bank is not customer oriented in the least. The website provides no information regarding details of activity on loan payments. There is only a toll free number to call, and to talk to someone you need to wait on hold indefinitely or enter your phone number for a call back. I will never use this company again for any kind of banking. and when you try to post your opinion it will not let you unless you give them at least one star! so I wouldn't even give them one star but I had to in order to post my opinion.

Went to the bank in Medford to with draw money in the drive through, got home and was 100.00 short. Called the bank waited 40 mins and no answer, tried the other number on there site. 25 mins later no answer still. They short me a 100.00 dollars and have no way with this bank to get a hold of someone.. it's been nothing but problems with northwest bank. Please go to another bank. Don't use this one. It's not a nice bank and nor a good bank to do business with..they really do not care
