Old National Bank in Fort Wayne, Indiana

Everyone that has helped me there has been extremely nice and helpful.

They put a hold on CASH.. Very much considering banking with someone else.

With only a hand full of branches, open from 9am - 5pm there is never anytime to go take care of things at the location. I have to take an extended lunch or call off work just to make it work.

Haven't been able to check our account on line for the last 36 hours. Called and was put on hold to a line that no one answered. Twice

Do not go in unless you wanna spend over 20 min in line on a Thurs morning with one teller and one person talking to that one teller the whole freaking time. Wtd

The service that I receive at this branch has been personal and efficient. There have been times when the branch manager has assisted the tellers when they are busy. I have never experienced waiting for service. I have always been treated like a person not a customer.

They are completely incompetent and think their on customers are fraud. I have a payroll check which went through but now they are saying they cant process it and think its fraud. I'm going to go find a different a bank

Old national bank is the only bank in fort wayne that closed all!!!!!!! locations on 1/30/19!!! you think they could have had one branch open when every other bank in town is open!!!! poor customer service . understand might have had to close some branches but not all. Also they are one of the only banks in the area with no Saturday hours. As of the first of the year there drive thru close at 5PM most people work till 5pm but on Fridays they are kind enough to be open till 530 pm!! Find a different bank if your out looking for banks
