OneAZ Credit Union in Flagstaff, Arizona

Had just moved to gorgeous Northern Arizona and decided to choose OneAZ Credit Union as my bank. Let me tell you it is a GREAT choice! The tellers are very helpful and courteous EVERY time I go in, especially the bank tellers Zoe, Fatima and Mathias. If your having problems at your current bank or just moved to the area make sure you choose OneAz Credit Union.

The fraud department, had been contacting me repeatedly this month, 10/20, due to some charges that were completely out of the norm and that had been declinedGreat Job! Except...they didn't tell me the charges were going to go through once they released the alert on the account. I suppose I should have known? Instead, I made an alternate charge. Then suddenly, WHAM! ALL these charges hit. Along with Fees, oh my, the fees. Victoria, a kind, soft spoken, knowledgeable, expedient and professional representative from the Highway 89, Flagstaff location, completely understood the entire situation and removed all the fees and even went above and beyond and found me an ATM close by to avoid any further fees, and took care of every single issue, at her suggestion, during first call resolution!! ABSOLUTELY REMARKABLE!!

My husband and I refinanced a new vehicle through OneAZ Credit Union as the dealership offered a terrible rate in order to qualify for their incentives. Paula Gilbert and Vaughn Sells made the process easy and we were thrilled with the 1.9 loan rate compared to 4 from the dealership. Not long after we refinanced the vehicle, the transmission died at 211 miles and Ford ended up buying the vehicle back under the AZ lemon law. The whole buy back experience was a nightmare with Ford. The shining light was the assistance and true compassion shown by Paula and Vaughn; they provided pay off information multiple times and continued their excellent service even though they knew the loan was going to be retired quickly. I will definitely be using OneAZ Credit for future loan needs and look forward to working with Vaughn and Paula again.

OneAZ has done a phenomenal job in supporting the community. They reached out to the Boys & Girls Club of Flagstaff to offer assistance during the COVID-19 outbreak. We are just one of many non profits they continue to support when in need. The team is amazing and very quick to respond whenever needed. They are a team of rock stars.

It seems like the only thing this bank is good for is holding my money for me. In the past 3 years that I have been a member, they have been unable to help me with the following: 2 auto loans, home loan, business loan, business credit card, and some minor credit card consolidation. I have gone somewhere else for every single one of those services. Every time I walk out I wonder why I am still a member. I have perfect credit and solid, stable income for the last 15 years. What gives?
