OneMain Financial in Louisville, Kentucky

Did application, had a phone call, stated she would call back with numbers. Didn't hear anything called back and they report my DTI was too high after I was already supposedly approved. I am more upset she didn't call back than I am about the loan.

David was awesome! He was very professional and knowledgeable about the options available to me. David made my loan process smooth and easy.

I thought it was great.I really liked Collin. He was my loan guy. We had everything set up to get my wife's car and some of my debt but when Collin heard me talking to my wife about some of the other debt he offered even more money. The money for the 2 biggest creditors was with a check made out to them directly. Only wish I had a way of tracking the checks as PayPal is saying they still haven't got it and it's been over a week.

I went to apply for a loan knowing my credit wasn't very good but I had really good collateral I wasn't even asked about my Collateral even after telling The agent that I had collateral and of course a hard credit check was done which lowered my credit number I explained all this to him he just didn't care. I told him about my credit and told him I did not want to run this credit check if you did not consider my collateral. He did what he wanted and that was exactly what I asked him not to do so of course my credit score got lowered and I was denied how is a person supposed to rebuild your credit with people like him

Excellent place to stop by and check out your financial situation. Can be seen from the main road. Very nice and clean area and surroundings. Employees are the best and very friendly and helpful. Easy to find and parking is excellent. Come on down and have a great day.

Everyone is friendly but kinda dis-organized. I had up-loaded all documents required and when I arrived at my appointment the women asked for them again. No one told me to bring copies. The lady told me I needed to find the email where I had sent them in. It was pouring down rain that day, I had left work early for the appointment and drove an hour to get to the appointment. Then after about 5-10 min. the lady says, "Oh, here they are! You did up-load them." Other than this the appointment went fine. Thank you!
