Read your paperwork carefully.. They charge a 500 dollar "Paperwork fee." and 30 +++ interest.. You can do bad all by yourself, you definitely do not need their help... Just walk away..

I paid in the local branch to make my monthly loan pmt. I inquired about a new loan and paying off the existing one. The lady up front said she'd work up some numbers and get back with me that afternoon. That was 4 days ago! Love that kind of customer service, especially with them low interest rates

I was going through a divorce and was looking to relieve some of the financial stress by a small personal loan for 5k. I Was pre approved for a loan online with fair credit. Not bad or great, but fair and a history of making all payments on time. They asked for proof of income which I provided for them after tracking everything down. I provided proof of employment and income by providing paycheck stubs, 1099, and proved in numerous ways that I made over 100k a year for the last two years. After all of this I was then asked to put my car up for collateral and so I refused. I then asked for an explanation of why this was the case since it seemed like a very abnormal thing to ask a person with my good source of income and fair credit and they never responded. Not the way I do business.
