I worked with Zach at the Kirby Quince location.He waited patiently while I asked all of my customers.He explained everything well. I'm pleased with the outcome.Very professional and accommodating

The people here are very easy to work with. I have gotten two loans from them for consolidation purposes. They were fair with everything they did and it was not a very painful process. If you need a consolidation loan, I recommend giving them a try.

The workers at the location are decent, they were taught to Perform a job by the company following certain rules and guild lines; however I would not recommend getting a loan with this company. The interest rates are insane; you will be paying back 3X more than you actually borrowed and to make matters worse each time you ask a representative they will all have a different answer as to why trained charlatan's. I honestly don't think my contract was honored the way they explain it to you when your signing your paperwork.”READ YOUR PAPERWORK CAREFULLY” before signing anything!!! Your time is one thing but believe me when I say “DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY”!!!

Up until today I have had very few issues with One Main Financial but I heard from the corporate level that the mistake that their employee made at the Elvis Presley branch I'm going to have to pay for. I went in to pay off my loan it was 70 short no I of the entire total so so I but the employee said don't worry about it your payment coming in will cover it and I will know to take your account long story short I got back 35 and they are hiding behind legal jargon concerning the return of my money as since it was contractually stated something different that's what they're going to stick with. I gave him every opportunity to make it right I did my due diligence my personal best I would suggest that you do something other than deal with One Main Financial their word means absolutely positively nothing they'll get you for every dollar then some. I'm speaking not from a newbie but I've had three loans with them this just happened to be the one that broke the camel's back and my wallet.
