I always have such a pleasant time, when I go into this location. There friendly! And most of all polite! Such a great environment! And the service is swift!

All the ladies are nice and friendly. Good customer service was provided by Blanca she was really detailed and was able to answer my questions.

About a month ago I was there, I was being helped by Edith C and she was wonderful! Very informative, patient and friendly not only with me but with a few people she helped. Great customer service!

Blanca and Gerardo were a great help. They answered all my questions and took care of me being polite. They had great costumer service. Definitely would recommend people to go to this location

I get paid once a month the payments are bi-weekly , I asked could I move my payment to the end of the month and make two payments they said yes. After 3 loans paid in full they offered me another. But turned me down and said it's because the payments I made was late, even when I asked was it ok to move the payment and pay two at the same time. It's terrible management.

I came in to get a personal loan. I have a full time job with over time. I'm working on building my credit score, since it's pretty good for a post- college student. I spoke to Jackie and Glenys, I receive excellent service. It was very easy, simple, and fast to receive my loan. If your working on your credit score or need a loan, you definitely need to come to this location and ask for Jackie.
