Partners 1st Federal Credit Union in Fort Wayne, Indiana

Most inept bank employees I have ever come across. Every time I come in I have to explain how banking works to them. Makes me wonder if my money is actually safe with them? Their legacy employees act as if they are in their own fiefdom, it's a circus of a bank.

Worst bank I have ever had to deal with. I have been a customer for over 13 years and had been happy for most of it, but the last couple of years have been horrific. I am closing all 5 accounts I have there.

This team at this location is great. The team cares and will get the answer. Go see Jamie, Kim,and David and say I referred you.

My experience with Melanie was fantastic! Not everyone in the world has that kind of work ethic and follow-through. Prompt, thorough, personable and knowledgeable, she is an asset to the Credit Union for sure!

Messed up a simple transaction multiple times. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I needed some medicine and did not have the money to pay for it so I went in and got a privilege pay loan and they gave it to me. They were so caring kind and compassionate I would never switch to another credit union or a bank then Partners 1st Federal Credit Union thank you so much

Osvaldo aka "Ozzy" is perhaps the greatest employee here for his help in securing our home after a stressful process and kept my whole family in his thoughts. Highly recommend this bank!

Not happy with this location. Definitely not the same caliber of customer service as other branches. The tellers are good; the management and loan people all need retrained. I would avoid unless you enjoy empty promises, long wait times and excuses.

Partner's 1st CU has a lot of amazing benefits and I'm glad my husband & I chose to use them for our checking, savings and car loan. Unfortunately, when I signed us up for our account checking & savings I requested for my husband and I to both have debit cards and for a box of checks. We only received one debit card for me, no checks and no extra debit card for my husband. It is unfortunate that it takes 7-10 business days to receive all of these things, when I already waited 1.5 weeks to receive it before. Overall, we will have had to wait 3 weeks approx to receive both debit cards and our box of checks. The CU location itself is very nice and everyone is friendly!

This is a relatively new location. The employees are all extremely nice. Everyone speak to you when you enter the door, and again when you leave. When I go there it's never very crowded so my transaction is completed extremely quick. I'm also in love with this location because It's closer to my home,and now I don't have to drive very far. It's a joy to do business here!
