Patelco Credit Union in San Leandro, California

My review is strictly for the the lady that helped me. She was very nice and professional. She explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. I can definitely say my first time experience was a positive one. Due to the pandemic, they have a long line outside if you wish to go inside to a teller. The only thing that I was not too thrilled about was the process for helping the people who have appointments. I may have waited about 10 or 15 minutes past my appointment time and when a petite woman came out, she never asked who was next. Instead, she instantly proceeded to help this couple that was standing up, which is when I had to interrupt and let her know I was there first. Mistakes happen, but the fact that she walked back-and-forth quite a few times before that couple even came into the bank indicated that she saw me but she chose not to acknowledge me. Nonetheless, I will not allow her slight lack of professionalism to impact how I feel about this new credit union.

I love all of the staff there at patelco they are awesome. I've been going to them for some years I love their new establishment very nice and clean.

Brian was amazing!! Opened up my account a few weeks ago and the experience has been nothing but amazing! Friendly staff and they offer you pleasant beverages. Their security guard opens up the door and helps out a lot! Best branch I've been to so far!
