Mehran Mandegar | Probably one of the worst if not THE worst web portal. It is poorly responsive, takes forever to load, cannot retrieve the reports, it is a hit or miss at best. I get an email that I have payment from a payer. I log into Payspan. It takes forever to load the pages. Once logged in, the home page says " 1 new report". You click on it, it cannot find it.... and it happens every single time, time and again. I have never had a good experience with their web portal. It is a terrible design and poorly executed, and does not function the way it is supposed to. I am shocked how this company has not gone under already. How do you survive? I would give them a negative 5 stars if I could. |

No one ever answers the phone and I have emailed provider support several times and all they say is "call us directly" and I call and they dont answer. I am stuck in this loop where I need claims payments posted but cant get the remit and no one will help me. Very frustrating and I'm contacting the carrier directly and telling them my experience. |
