Nikia Cole | There good but i just started direct deposit and my check was returned hopefully they can resolve this today with no problem but other than that they are a good service. |
Raven Whitechapel | I have to say I originally joined the police and fireman Federal credit Union which really acts more like a bank with their rules and regulations than they do a Federal credit Union and since they get certain perks being a credit union, somebody really needs to investigate them and make sure that their rules and regulations are being fair to their customers period my problem is is that for years and I belong to them for years now which I found that the best attitudes in this Federal credit Union belong to the branch on Frankford avenue in Northeast Philadelphia Pennsylvania. But here's the problem I have, I'm on social security so for years we always got our money four days early it was like that for years now all of a sudden for some strange reason, we get it the day before it's due which is a real letdown because there are banks out there and there are other places that aren't exactly banks that give you your money four days early but for some reason this Bank stopped doing it period another problem I have is every time I make a charge it remains pending sometimes up for four day up to four days on my account instead of being taken out immediately and I think that this is happening because they probably sent overseas are all our bank information and those customer service people are probably not adding up our bank accounts that's how us what we have left because if it was automated it would happen right away let's face it that's where all our customer service jobs wind up along with all of our other jobs overseas where it's not done better it's just done cheaper. That's the problem with America we're outsourcing our pride because our citizens have no pride they never fought for anything it was all handed to them we have 25 to 30 years of people who did nothing to get their rights but take them they don't know what it's like to die for the right to have freedom and speech and freedom of expression. but I wish that the Federal credit Union would start to give us our money back early and stop the pending pending pending every time I spend a dime in my account give me the balance right away it should be able to do that is this 2020 or what why are they delaying the actual balance I think it's because they know more people overdraw and they're getting more money for their mistakes, then they would get if they just gave us the amount and the balance right away I hate this pending thing and I hate having to wait for my money when we used to get it early that was one of the perks of being at a Federal credit Union as far as I see it I don't have much money, but I've paid my share in bouncing my account. |
