Currently very pleased with this bank. Online access setting up account was very convenient, and easy to navigate. Full range of options, and services. Personal initial experience going into this branch, was comfortable, decent parking access, and the teller was friendly. Received very good service, no hassles, well informed, and accurate.

Decent bank but the limitations of depositing via ATM is lacking. Only ATMs at bank locations accept deposits and half the time those aren't even allowing it.

I have been banking at Pinnacle for 20 + years; personal and business accounts. The employees have always been very helpful and very nice. At the start of my business there were some Visa transactions that were being posted twice; at that point it was difficult to track the debits and credits to my account, and this lead to a messed up account. I took all the information to the personal banker. Not only did she balance my account, she fixed the issue that was causing double entries! Their online services are great also, no fees for online services, no checking fees! Couldn't ask for a better bank. They KNOW the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

This location does not exist how can a bank in the year 2019 not even update their address

Not appreciating the customer service I received today. I called and asked if the office was open at 8:30 to get a print out of 60 days of deposits and was told they were open. Got there at 8:45 and was told only the tellers were available and no one could print me off the statement until 9am...which was when I needed it by. Then called and talked to Atram to get one emailed and she told me what my last deposit was and that was 'all she could see'. I told her I had like 20 in the last 60 days and she complained about me wanting to read them out loud to her. She wasn't listening and after calling a second time over an hour later after not getting them emailed to my confirmed email address I still don't have them and the branch is closed!!!
