Platte Valley Bank in Cheyenne, Wyoming

I absolutely love this bank! Best customer service. They have always been so helpful with all our banking needs. From auto loans to safety deposit boxes. Wouldn't bank anywhere eles.

The staff is always super helpful and friendly. Whenever I have had a question or something that needed resolved, they help me immediately and always make me feel valued as a customer.

The very best treatment you could ask for. Really personable. They call me by my first name now. They have helped with home loans and auto loans for me at very aggressive rates that you would see from on line lenders or large corporation banks, but you receive wonderful service also.

My card was stolen at 9 at night I called the number they have on their site for lost and stolen cards and was on hold an hour with no answer. I could of easily just watched my money come out my account and can't do any thing about it cause I can't get them to cancel my debit card. Cause their supposedly stolen card number don't even work.

This is the best bank I've ever dealt with they actually still believe in customer service and they are amazingly friendly I needed a debit card in texas and I had it in my hand the next day even after I told them it wasn't a rush to get it to me

They can't keep theyre hours straight and they arent professional and honestly I dont Recommend doing business with them...
