PNC Bank in Quarryville, Pennsylvania

Have been a customer for a little over two years, and I have to say that the team at this location is just phenomenal. The manager is responsive and well informed with business banking, while the teller team is always polite and willing to assist me if they're able. The bankers are polite and always follow-up. Love PNC and recommend this branch to anyone!

Great and friendly location. Their Drive-Thru is located across the street from the branch which helps by not congesting the Branch Parking area when preferring to utilize the Drive-Thru. Staff from Tellers, Bankers, Managers and other partners are always very friendly and willing to help. Would highly recommend this branch and bank to do business with.

I just want to say that Kelly from the Quarryville branch really needs some training in her customer relations skills. Her manor of talking down to a customer is terrible. Forget any reasonable customer service from this particular branch. Honestly wouldn't have her making calls to customers. She should be working at Two Cousins. Same style of customer service---none!

They took care of me with making a new Debit card very quickly. Great bank to go to.

Most of the time they are excellent. From time to time you can get someone very unprofessional like today. But it is rare.

I went to PNC at the Buck today and was takin care of by Rana. She was doing her job extremely well while helping the other undertrained teller who was required to work the drive through as well as the walk ups in the bank. Rana should be in trainer capacity or you should have a third person on Saturday's due to the increased volume of customers.
