Bruce Patterson is the most disrespectful petson I have evet dealt with. I know that I have had issues with my payment history but I do make my payments. Unfortunately with covid19 my hours jave been cut drastically. I may not always be able to make the full late charge but do my best to make the monthly payment. He made a big to do about my not paying .65 on my monthly paymemt. .65 !!!. I tried to make a ?!200 cash payment on my account at CVS as I usually do and for some unknown reason my payment was declined. I have sent a email to Bruce and as of yet have not received a reply

This company is horrible they charge me 5 dollars extra each payment for the last 4 months without me knowing that changes was happening. I talked to Bruce which he refused to help me and refused to give me his supervisor Full name and told me it really didn't matter. How unprofessional is it to charge people without warning them of changes within the company and too not give people your supervisor name. I'm definitely reporting this company and can't wait until 2 years so I don't have to deal with this company anymore. Please fianace somewhere else.

Me and my husband are a young couple and made lots of mistakes were now paying for trying to straighten out our mess of credit scores!We love out of state and they financed is a car with only 200 down!i made our first payment today without any problems and actually I called them to get the account number because I wrote it down wrong and it was before they opened and a very nice guy called me with in minutes to see if I needed anything.You all don't know a nightmare finance company until you deal with first financial in hazard my!Payments get missing from there payment box.No cameras on the premises and they don't care.Only cash payments accepted and you have to drive it to them and they act crazy the day your bill is due calling at 7:00 am knowing we work night shift and sleep through the day.The website to pay the payment is idiot proof.my husband said we should stick with them when it's time to get him a truck.Very happy customers!
