PrimeWay - Highway 290 Retail Center in Houston, Texas

I deposited my stimulus check at 2pm on a Friday. Due to their Membership Agreement polices it is stated that Us Treasury checks are to be available same business day. The money from the check was not available even on that following Monday. When I called on Monday they were trying to tell me that my check was going to be held until the 21st because they don't know what kind of check it is. I asked for a copy of their hold policy because there is 6 different reason why banks hold your money. It says no where in their hold policy why they would hold my check. I've been banking with them for 14 years and have never had a check held until. Seems pretty suspect to me.

Been a part of this credit union since 2014 and I have never had a bad experience. Everyone I've encountered havevbeen so helpful and knowledgeable. If i have any issues they were quick to help and answer. Can't say enough...thank you Primeway!

Don't do business with them, they only want to take your money and kick you to the side. They do not care about people's financial situation due to covid and will repo your car at any given moment they find out you have no money or if you are a black or minority
