My favorite Bank!

It is an elderly people bank but the worse bank ever. Customer service is the worst and the tellers inside the bank are always miserable, rude or just plain mean. When calling the customer service number you are on hold for more than a half hour.

I opened an account here and i enjoy banking with Provident. But the staff needs a personality. I get it we all have bad days but with this job you need a positive attitude and right mind to represent who and what you work for. Lately I've been having problems with the tellers. Attitude on top of attitude. Managers arent any better. Some days are better then others. But theres always an issue. Would not be coming here unless i have an emergency.

Worst customer service of any bank i've ever dealt with. The reps in this branch seem like they know nothing about what they're doing. Always sound confused and can't solve simple issues. Everytime they are asked a question they seem lost and “ummmm” there way to an answer that makes no sense. My grandparents both have accounts there and it's always a mission for them to get help. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! AVOID PROVIDENT and specifically this branch.

Good bank just not enough of them and I owe them 125..

This rating deserves ZERO stars. While not a customer I was in area, went into lobby and asked non-busy teller to kindly break 20 bill into 5s for me. I was told that I needed to be a Provident customer to perform this simple exchange of US currency. DO NOT give your business to Provident - they do not deserve it!!!!

The only person the she offer me to help me was a Spanish speaking Hilda and her voice sounds like Cuban. I think the she is the best worker on the entire Bank. I normally go to empire Bank. I like her service..

Whats going on with online banking cant do anything or get someone on the phone not a good feeling, closing my account.
