| Cheryl Nelson | went in to refinance our car with them. The lady told my husband I will either call you before 5 tonight or by 10:00 AM tomorrow. Well that didn't happen. So my husband called them after work today and was told it was denied. Then they had the nerve to tell him one of the reasons was because over 18 years ago he had a bankruptcy and they claim he had a card with Woodstone Credit Union and he had to pay that before they would do a loan. Now remind you we already have a car loan with them!!!! I am ashamed to say I use to work for this Credit Union but when I did it wasn't to big for its britches. |

| Leesha Taylor | Had a car loan with Qualstar and traded car in and new dealership mailed pay off check and Qualstar took a payment out of my account for a car i dont have any longer then they have the nerve to tell me i would have to pay a fee to have a refund check mailed to me. Thats messed up. Think twice before doing business with them. |
