WOW! I was going to go with my GF, to see how they could help. Her appointment was at 11am. When we GPS'd the business location, online stated it was closed. So she called on speaker phone to confirm the business was indeed open before going to her appointment. David answered to phone, confirmed some info and asked for additional info. So far so good right? Then the conversation went south when he said he was with a client, he's 30 or more minutes behind schedule. So potential clients that are on time should be penalized? Re schedule the person that's 30 or minutes later is SOP sir. When my GF tried to reconfirm an appointment was made since yesterday, David said you can go somewhere else then because I probably don't have good news for you anyways. Then started into his 20 years of experience. My guy, you're not applying for a job. Stop dancing and be straight. Very unprofessional response from David. Arrogant. Good to witness so I can avoid a business with an unprofessional approach.

If you really enjoy being talked to condescendingly & enjoy having your time wasted then this is exactly the place for you!! Or being told your not worth someones time to even try to help you when you specifically reach out to a place that advertises helping is their priority. Then by all means go to this place here. I was directed to these guys from 1800freshstart.com, which is a program that advertises they can help almost anyone get into a reliable car. I scheduled an appointment online to go in & meet with these guys. When I tried to set my navigation 25 min before my appt, it said they were closed. So I called to see if they were open before I drove all the way down there. Spoke to Dave who tells me he can pre-qualify me by phone before I get there. Asks me a few questions about income & down payment & then asks me to text him paperwork, while im in the car on my way there. I tell him I cant, but that im on my way. He tells me that theres several people hes already helping, but I can come anyway if I want to. I explain I am the 11am appt, I was simply calling to see if they were open. He says well the 930 was late & other people have things going on, so I will have to wait regardless. And that I can just go somewhere else if Id like to. He dont think he can do anything for me anyway. Hes been in the business blah blah blah years was the response I got. Mind you...this is before ever pulling a credit report which is decent!! Some of us just took a loss job wise because of the pandemic or getting a full financial profile. Asked 2 questions about my job & my down & made a full assessment that he could do nothing for me. But basically didnt feel like I was worth his time. So....this is the wonderful HELP you will receive from this business. At least from Dave anyway. Good luck!!
