If you step inside Rairdons looking to purchase a vehicle I highly suggest you visit Jim Gillen. His patience and multitasking ability are hard to beat. I traded in my Honda Civic SI for a truck and honestly I wasn't looking to purchase right away but Jim made the entire process so streamlined that I just couldn't say no. He got my the very best deal on my trade in AND the truck. I had a specific type of truck I was looking for and Jim steered me in the perfect direction and while I wasn't exactly sold on the color I have to say I am now and couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience.

I had to take my 2015 Jeep Cherokee in because of major engine issues shortly after the warranty had expired. I honestly thought the engine was shot and that I would be out of a car. Scott took great care of me and made sure that I was informed every step of the way while they diagnosed the issues. He even went out of his way to setup a temporary car to drive since the repairs were so extensive / expensive. I am pleased to say the repairs were done even sooner than expected and to my surprise the car has run perfectly ever since.
