This dealership is definitely "old school" - not in a bad way. Don't let first impressions sway you. Obviously, technology-wise it's up to Ford standards. The service is good, and the Tech took the time to go over some concerns I had. I like to hometown feel - my local "Back to the future" Ford dealer. Just the showroom, waiting area and general feel is like it never left the 50's. Don't take this as a slam - it's not. But if they ever decide to modernize the waiting area and showroom this dealership would be over the top.

The people working there were incredibly kind. They took the time and energy to explain the details about the car and any financing. I went for an extended test drive and had a wonderful conversation with David Gardner. I appreciate the old school style of respect for the customer, a increasingly rare practice. In addition, I got a stellar deal on my CMAX SE.

I was extremely pleased with my salesman Ray Corriveau, no pressure, very informative with car features and willing to demonstrate the features. The same with Jason Bertrand - no one likes to talk money or negotiate, but both Ray and Jason were friendly and easy to speak freely. The whole experience was seamless.
