The location is great, best customer Service ever. Am not the type of person that right reviews but this place is a plus, Valeria helped me a lot with my loans. She make sure to explain everything to me. Every time you go there ask for Valeria. She's the best.

Their process of doing things are very outdated. A customer should not sit in their office more than an hour. The questions they ask regarding your situation are very irrelevant and should not even be asked, because there personal.I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

if I could rate this store a ZERO I WOULD ... worst experience ever!! I applied for a loan and was initially approved and told I could even go for a higher amount of 4000. The rep told me everything I needed to send and did so. On my way to that location I was told to no longer go due to being denied. How is that even possible when you even offered me even more money.. I headed to the location so they can explain to me as to why. The manager Tina Castillo not only had her door locked way before 6pm she was extremely rude. she came outside with an attitude stated as to why I was there. I just wanted a response as to why I was denied after sending everything that was needed. she said well you have horrible credit etc etc .. I called another branch told them if they could see my account. they were shock and didn't understand why it was voided out and by the looks of it I had great credit and everything was great so I went to the other location and got the loan. I would recommend a change of staff or manager which is supposed to set a good example to employees... this situation was unacceptable customer service

This place took a loan out on me and I have been fighting this for 2 months and still nothing. This business sends out pre filled checks and yall u have to do is forge a signature and someone can take the loan out in your name. Thats a terrible security measure!!!! I never asked for a pre approved check and somehow they got the cash out in my name, with NO I.D. . FORGET THIS PLACE, VERY SKETCHY BUSINESS. IM WAITING FOR THE POLICE INVESTIGATION SO I CAN THROW IT IN THEIR FACE. this place told me also not to worry about it, we will handle it. Never heard back from them once in 2 months. DONT INQUIRE ABOUT ANYTHING HERE AND PROTECT YOURSELF!!!

Don't trust the manager here. I got a 2500 loan and I fell behind and was about to catch up just needed a month because of work. Manager said he can have payments pushed back. I said cool. I checked online he added hundreds of dollars to the loan saying I got it but I haven't. I think the manager pocket the money. So he changed my info to pay almost 2 thousand dollars more than what I was suppose to pay. Then I called to ask about it then he start lying through his teeth saying people calling him and looking for me which it took me less than a min to say that's a lie..... he had some guy trying to play hard on the phone which what I do and deal with he just a dude in a suit and not scared at all... don't trust them be very careful

Thanks Natalia to you and your team for being so professional and helping me get the loan I needed, everyone is so kind from the moment I step into the office, to the staff that answer the phone when I need to make a payment over the phone they are so helpful and kind, this is by far the best regional office they make me feel like family and ask about my day and how it's going I truly appreciate every worker in this office

I was told I had an approval for a loan so went the next day after getting info they needed. I went the next day and Norma told me I needed more info for the loan so I gave her the info they needed. As I was outside for her she then told me I need more info. So told her never mind I don't want the loan. To me this company is very unorganized and not professional at all. So beware if you apply for a loan with Regional Finance. I would rate them from a 1-10 and 1 being the worst I would give them a -10. I will never do business with them!
