Sherrie Eccles | This is my second loan from Regional and once again the service was great from Miss Wanda, who I dealt with over the phone, she was awesome. but I can't say the same thing going in there in person. the lady that helped me I didn't get her name but she was wonderful. I do however have a problem with one of the employees who degraded the staff in front of me. She was quite rude in her discontent addressing the staff in front of the customers and quite unprofessional. I think her name is Janyll. She's the older white lady with glasses who's desk was on the right side of the room. That was very unprofessional and was quite obvious she made the staff feel uncomfortable as well. On a professional level if you have an issue with your staff then it needs to be addressed behind closed doors not in front of customers because that incident made me feel uncomfortable. Otherwise all my experiences has been great. |
